I absolutely loved the stylish layout. Late-night drinks at the bar until 3am were a bonus! The location is spot-on for exploring everything nearby.

It was just an excellent fit for a flash stay in Newcastle upon Tyne with fantastic value. The bed was very comfortable and perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day. Pro tip, If you need to work in the room, ask for a better desk chair at the front desk.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a comfy lounge area, and 24-hour reception. I still remember how the staff helped me find my lost earring during my first stay. Highly recommend this place for its fantastic service!...

Walking into this hotel felt like stepping into a trendy oasis! The outdoor sun terrace is a perfect spot to sip a refreshing drink and soak in the sunshine. I felt so energized after a restful night in the cozy Standard King Room...  

I loved the huge bed and the spacious bathroom with a fantastic walk-in shower! The bar area was really comfy, and I enjoyed a great continental breakfast selection. Definitely coming back!

Rooms felt cramped, lacking sufficient storage space for hanging clothes, which might be inconvenient for longer stays. Temperature control issues made the room uncomfortable at times. it tended to swing from hot to cold without warning. Wi-Fi connectivity fluctuated, creating a nuisance for anyone attempting to work or stay connected. The absence of a full dining option after hours limited choices—only sandwiches available, which could be problematic when the weather outside isn't friendly.

I had a lovely time enjoying the kettle facility and beautiful hair dryer in my room. The sun terrace was a great spot to soak up some rays, and the lounge area was perfect for unwinding. The only downside was the lack of side tables in the room, but overall, it was a great stay! 😃

I appreciated how central the place was. I could easily walk to shopping options. The staff were helpful. During my stay, I had a good breakfast that was included in my room price. It made my mornings easier as I didn’t have to go out searching for...
